1. Who we are
This website and the AI receptionist service are provided by INFO NETWORK d.o.o., Valturska ulica 78/1, 52100 Pula, VAT ID 92134883875, a company entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Pazin. The company is a registered provider of electronic communications services in the Republic of Croatia.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms cover the use of this website, the contact forms and demo conversations with the AI receptionist. Provision of the service to business customers is governed by a separate contract, which prevails over these terms in the event of any inconsistency.
3. Use of the site
You may view and use the content of the site for informational purposes. You may not disrupt the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, download content automatically to an extent that burdens the service, or use the site contrary to the law.
4. Demo conversation
The demo conversation is there to show what the service can do. The conversation is led by artificial intelligence, which identifies itself as such at the start. Please do not disclose sensitive data in a demo conversation — health data, data about third parties or trade secrets. Information obtained in a demo conversation is neither advice nor a binding offer.
5. Content and offers
Descriptions of features relate to the service in the scope agreed by contract. Prices stated on the site or communicated in correspondence become binding only once confirmed by a written offer. We reserve the right to change the content of the site without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
All text, graphic design, marks and program code on this site are the property of INFO NETWORK d.o.o. or are used under the appropriate rights. Copying and publication without written permission are not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
We maintain the site with due care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information is complete and accurate at all times. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site to the extent permitted by law, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
8. Links to other sites
The site contains links to sites operated by other providers, including related services of the same company. The providers of those sites are responsible for their content.
9. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Statement.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Croatian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Pula, unless other jurisdiction is prescribed by law.
